Joseph Hose is the President of Talent Spear, Inc., a Blanchard Authorized Partner. He leads a team of highly skilled national consultants specializing in talent management, leadership development, and workforce engagement solutions.

With almost 20 years of experience, Joseph has leveraged evidence-based research in adult learning theory to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training, coaching, and leadership development interventions.

His expertise spans virtual instructor-led training (VILT), instructor-led training (ILT), blended and microlearning, curriculum design, leadership and career coaching, LMS/IMS administration, program evaluation and auditing, supervision, strategic planning, business development, and project management. He has successfully partnered on large-scale, customized leadership and employee development programs for organizations across various industries.
