Jesse is a Sr. Leadership Development Consultant and accomplished leader with an MBA and a diverse cross-functional background with over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Coaching, educating over 11K employees and facilitating 6K training hours globally. Jesse has international and cross-cultural experience with an outstanding strategic level thinking ability resulting in maximum performance.

Jesse served 23 years in the US Air Force where he managed multiple Formal Training programs across Europe, spanning across 19 geographical locations including six different countries, servicing over 3K service members. He also spent time at the US Air Force Academy, instructing and coaching Leadership & Character Development to over 4K cadets. He also has over 10 years of experience in the federal government where he oversaw multiple Leadership and Organizational Development Programs, specializing in strength-based organizational leadership.
Jesse is a Gallup-trained CliftonStrengths Coach and a certified Strengths Synergy International Coach. Jesse’s Coaching credentials also include certification in Leadership and Character Coaching as well as a certified EQ practitioner.
