Joseph Hose, M.A. — Founder & Coach

Joseph “Joe” Hose is the founder of FORGE 360 and a leadership and development professional with more than two decades of experience helping people recognize their potential, develop greater self-awareness, and take meaningful steps toward their future.

Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and has worked with young people in high school settings as an educator and mentor. His career has also included serving in the U.S. Army, working as an educator and leader within the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and more than 20 years of federal government service supporting leadership development, employee engagement, coaching, education, and organizational development.

He held a Board Certified Coach credential from 2015–2022 and has coached and developed individuals at multiple stages of their careers.

Beyond government service, Joe's experience spans the nonprofit, private, and entrepreneurial sectors, including leadership roles, consulting, facilitation, and building his own professional development business. These experiences have given him a unique perspective on the many different paths a meaningful career—and life—can take.

But one of the roles that most influenced the creation of FORGE 360 is simply being a dad. Joe has been married for more than 30 years and is the father of three sons. He understands both professionally and personally the challenges young adults face as they begin answering some of life's biggest questions: Who am I? What matters to me? What am I capable of? And where do I go from here?

FORGE 360 brings those experiences together to help young adults know themselves, define their direction, and confidently FORGE their future.
