Stephen is a former Marine, dedicated husband, father, and lifelong learner with over 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and coach. Holding degrees in Civil Engineering, Operations Research, and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he specializes in leadership development, strengths-based coaching, productivity, and behavior change.

He is certified in numerous methodologies, including Crucial Learning courses (Crucial Conversations, Accountability, Influencer, and more), Thought Patterns for High Performance, EQi 2.0, Myers-Briggs, MSCEIT, and Gallup Strengths. Additionally, he is an AJ&Smart Workshopper Pro, a Camp Negotiation Team member, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach.
